Job summary

InteLogix is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions, with a primary focus on California. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation while maintaining compliance with CA wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL leave requirements.

The position is full-time, exempt, and remote, with open application to candidates nationwide. The ideal candidate will have ~5+ years of HR generalist experience, strong HRIS and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ~5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• ~5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, including CA wage and hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and California compliance.
• ~Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organization development, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• ~Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• ~Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ~Experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations counseling, onboarding, and exit interviewing.
• Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and the employee handbook.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and trainings.
