InteLogix is seeking an HR Generalist to support designated regions with a strong focus on California compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and policy execution. The role collaborates with senior HR management and various departments to drive effective people programs.

The position requires 5+ years in HR, proficiency with HRIS and MS Office, and a background in California wage-and-hour law, CFRA/PDL, and related regulations. Remote work is available for qualified U.S. candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably generalist.
• California-focused HR knowledge: wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, compliance.
• Experience with compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, laws.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR plans and policies; maintain employee handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write/update job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
