InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a focus on California. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance across CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, and PAGA.

Responsibilities include policy administration, job descriptions, HRIS maintenance, performance management support, and investigations as needed. Remote role open to multiple states with salary depending on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, generalist preferred.
• California HR experience including CA wage/hour, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, and compliance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Administer HR plans and policies; maintain handbook.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write/update job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations and exit interviews.
• Attend meetings and seminars; assist admin staff.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
