InteLogix is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with emphasis in California. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, and performance management in a remote-capable setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HR, CA wage-and-hour knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, generalist preferred.
• 5+ years supporting California employees and CA compliance.

Mansioni

• Administer HR plans and procedures; update handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations, outplacement and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance management including disciplinary actions.
