InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support multiple regions with a primary focus in California. Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance with CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, and PAGA exposure.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years HR experience (CA-focused preferred), and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, remote role with compensation details outlined for CA and other states.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and CA compliance.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR plans and procedures; help develop policies and maintain handbook.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support performance management, including disciplinary actions and PIPs.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
