InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions, with a primary focus in California. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation and compliance, reporting to senior HR management.

The position requires 5+ years in HR, strong CA knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. This is a remote opportunity with open location in eligible states across the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and CA compliance.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines: compensation, org diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR plans and procedures; maintain employee handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations and exit interviewing.
• Attend administrative staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
