Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a focus on California. The role handles employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws.

You will maintain HRIS records, develop policies, conduct investigations, and advise management on HR matters. This is a remote, exempt, salaried position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience supporting California employees and compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, and state laws.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Investigate HR matters and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain employee handbook and policies.
