Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies and programs while supporting employees across client organizations. You will provide expert counsel on policy, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, and collaborate with benefits, payroll and HR tech providers.

Work may be at the client site or remotely with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; 7+ years HR experience.
• Experience in both corporate and consulting environments; PH/ SPHR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to lead difficult conversations and coach growth.

Responsibilities

• Advises and implements HR policies and compliance for client organizations.
• Supports onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Liaises with benefits, payroll and HR technology providers.
• Leads multiple client projects with strong organizational skills.
• Occasional travel to client sites or remote work.
