Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders to understand requirements, evaluate scope, supervision, and operational needs, and ensure compliant engagement approaches from requisition through offboarding.

As part of the HR Compliance team, you will manage worker classification, onboarding, extensions, terminations, and SOWs, maintain audit-ready records, and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Experience owning contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred.
• Experience in professional services or multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle.
• Classify engagements and consult Legal on complex determinations.
• Manage requisitions and SOWs in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and related processes.
• Ensure contracts and SOWs are current and properly documented.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits.
• Drive process improvements to reduce risk and improve compliance.
