Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Senior Associate to support labor and employment law compliance across jurisdictions with a focus on contractor compliance and lifecycle management. You will partner with Talent, Legal, and Finance to interpret requirements, maintain policies, and support audits.

The role requires handling worker classification reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring SOWs align with engagements. ADA follow-up and global investigations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on HR compliance experience including employment law responsibilities.
• Professional certification in HR compliance or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Research and interpret employment law requirements; advise Legal, HR and business partners.
• Track regulatory developments; update policies and communications accordingly.
• Lead contractor compliance lifecycle including worker classification reviews and offboarding.
