Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a remote HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will collaborate with hiring managers, post requisitions, screen candidates, coordinate pre-hire paperwork, and assist with credentialing processes to keep staffing compliant and efficient.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business management, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum two years of HR or related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in recruitment, posting and screening of candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-hire paperwork for new staff.
• Gather documents for credentialing of clinical staff as needed.
• Enter and administer data for the division in ADP/HR systems.
• Conduct orientation and training as required.
• Assist with tracking post-hire training, background checks, and compliance.
• Train supervisors on progressive corrective action and policy interpretation.
• Inform location reps about workers’ compensation and return-to-work status.
