Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and HR work experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and oversight in recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
• Assist with pre-hire and post-hire background checks and license verifications.
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes, including tracking pre-hire paperwork and documents for employee files.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and employment laws.
