Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to drive integrated people strategies and enable growth. This remote role supports leaders as a strategic partner across functional groups in the Midwest region preference.

Leaders will rely on you for workforce planning, organizational design, and data-driven decision making. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of stakeholder engagement and talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent education & experience.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience in complex or multi-functional environments; healthcare or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment on complex people decisions.
• Strong analytics to translate workforce data into insights and outcomes.
• Experience leading talent strategies, workforce planning, succession and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Develops deep understanding of business strategy, financial drivers, and operational priorities as a trusted advisor to leaders.
• Influences leadership decisions with data-driven insights, business acumen and a forward-looking perspective.
• Leads development and execution of integrated talent and workforce strategies including planning and leadership pipelines.
• Proactively assesses organizational health and identifies issues to address on talent, structure, and culture.
• Uses workforce analytics to diagnose root causes and drive business outcomes and leads org design initiatives.
• Acts as change leader for large-scale initiatives with alignment, communication, and sustained adoption.
• Identifies enterprise improvements to enhance employee lifecycle and organizational performance.
• Guides on complex employee relations matters, partnering with legal as needed.
• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to design scalable solutions.
• Mentors HRBPs to build capability and consistency across the HR team.
