Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a Human Resources professional for a remote, full-time role. You will support recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and a minimum of two years of experience, with travel flexibility and strong communication and organizational skills. Comprehensive benefits are provided starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business management, or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and oversight in employee recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
• Support recruitment functions including posting and monitoring job requisitions, screening and presenting candidates to hiring managers, onboarding, and pre-hire paperwork.
• Assist with credentialing processes for clinical staff.
• Provide data entry and administrative support for the division.
• Conduct orientation and training as needed.
• Help develop tracking procedures for post-hire training, background checks, performance reviews, and compliance.
