Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an HR professional for remote operations across the United States. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing support, and HR administration for clinical staff and facilities.

You will train supervisors, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws while coordinating with location teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HR experience are preferred, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Professional communication with employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in recruitment functions: posting, screening, presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Assist onboarding process, new-hire paperwork, and employee file documentation.
• Maintain documents for clinical staff credentialing where required.
• Deliver HR administration support for the division and related processes.
• Conduct orientation and training as needed for staff.
• Assist with tracking post-hire training, background checks, performance reviews, and compliance.
• Train supervisors on progressive corrective action and policy interpretation.
• Inform location reps about workers’ compensation processes and claim status.
