PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple locations. This is a remote position with occasional travel.

You will post and screen job requisitions, manage offers, conduct background checks, and assist with credentialing and onboarding. Join a team focused on compliant, efficient staffing for a nationwide heathcare network.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Professional and positive communication with employees and management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to solve problems independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and oversight in recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
• Assist with posting and screening job requisitions and candidate presentations to managers.
• Carry out pre-hire and post-hire background checks and license verifications.
• Support onboarding and hiring processes, including documentation and tracking.
• Maintain documents for credentialing and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate leave administration and return-to-work processes.
• Support ongoing training and employee development initiatives.
