Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Human Resources staff member to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, with emphasis on timely background checks and credentialing. This remote role allows coordination across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating offers while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in HR/Business field.
• 2+ years HR experience in recruitment/employee relations.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local labor laws.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training, and oversight in recruitment, hiring, retention, discipline, evaluation, and employee relations.
• Manage job postings, screen candidates, present to hiring managers, and coordinate offers.
• Assist with pre-hire and post-hire background checks and license verifications.
• Support onboarding and hiring processes, including pre-employment paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain documentation for credentialing and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate leave administration and maintain positive employee relations.
