Zusammenfassung

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker management lifecycle, partnering with leadership to ensure compliant engagement and accurate classification across the organization. This role collaborates with Legal, Talent, Finance, and HR to manage SOWs, onboarding, extensions, and terminations while maintaining robust documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in HR compliance, strong knowledge of worker classifications, and experience with HRIS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, legal studies or related.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Must have owned or directly overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SC, PHR, SPHR, or CCEP).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend compliant engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments with Legal and HR Compliance Leader support.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely onboarding experiences.
• Ensure contractor/SOW documentation and approvals are in place before work begins.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, SOWs, and approvals.
