Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations on a remote contract. Reporting to the Director, Workforce Planning Operations, you will develop workforce reports and dashboards across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

You will validate data, ensure accuracy, monitor quality, and respond to data requests with confidentiality. The role requires Workday reporting, advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tool experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and creating actionable reports.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools including custom reports.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivots, lookups, formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and data governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to translate needs into reports and dashboards.
• Develop standard and ad hoc Workday reports with calculated fields.
• Validate logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
• Document report definitions, data sources, and controls.
• Monitor data quality and address discrepancies.
• Support audits and respond to time-sensitive data requests.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality.
