Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst for a remote, contractrole. You will support HR Operations with workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

You will translate requirements into reliable reports and dashboards, validate data, and maintain data security. Collaboration with HRIS and other HR teams is essential for seamless system support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and developing actionable reports.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Learning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to translate reporting needs into reliable reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, including calculated fields.
• Validate logic, reconcile data across HR processes, and document definitions.
• Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration or troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with HR teams.
• Analyze workforce trends and present findings clearly.
• Support audits and time-sensitive data requests.
