Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations with workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights. You will develop Workday reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, ensure data quality, and collaborate with HRIS on system questions.

Qualifications

Proven experience analyzing HR data and delivering accurate reports for HR operations.
Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, including custom reports and calculated fields.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and data analysis.
Ability to validate data, ensure data quality, and maintain data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to assess reporting needs and translate them into reliable reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports with calculated fields as needed.
Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
Document report definitions, data sources, procedures and controls.
Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration, security changes, or integrations.
Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with HR teams.
Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics; present findings clearly.
Support audits and compliance reporting and respond to time-sensitive requests.
Test and validate new reports from a business-user perspective.
