Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst for a remote, contract-based role. You will support HR Operations by delivering workforce reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

Experience building HR reports and dashboards for HR operations.
Proficiency with Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
Strong Excel skills including pivots, lookups and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR leaders to translate reporting needs into reliable reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports with calculated fields.
Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
Document report definitions, data sources, procedures, and controls.
Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration, security changes, or integrations.
Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with HR teams.
Analyze workforce trends and present findings clearly.
Support audits and time-sensitive data requests.
