Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of demonstrated success in hospice sales.

• Build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Manage a marketing budget and project ROI.
• Execute effective sales calls to identify needs and communicate benefits.
• Develop territory through strategic planning and account development.
• Plan activities to maximize market coverage with current and prospective accounts.
• Coordinate community education and in-services.
• Achieve census admission goals and annual budget targets.
• Complete assignments timely and report progress to supervisor.
• Attend meetings to update on accounts and customer needs.
