Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's HighPoint Hospice team is seeking an Account Executive to grow market share through targeted referral development and education of the medical community about home health and hospice services.

In this role you will build relationships with referral sources, manage activities within a budget, and serve as a liaison among patients, families, and agencies while delivering compassionate care and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow growth opportunities
• Implement and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn new referrals
• Expand community awareness of our solutions through knowledge sharing
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients and agencies
