Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow service use.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and secure referrals.
• Expand awareness of solutions within the healthcare community.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies.
