Job summary

Immediate Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Account Executive to build relationships with nursing facilities, physicians, and referral partners to increase access to hospice care. You will lead sales, marketing, and education efforts, representing the agency in the community while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and driving awareness of hospice services.

Qualifications

• Previous sales/marketing experience, preferably in hospice or healthcare.
• Positive sales results and strong customer relationships.
• Minimum hospice experience: 5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to market to customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute effective sales calls to identify the needs of referral partners and communicate features/benefits.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key accounts.
• Participate in strategic planning for growth and community education.
• Meet admission goals as established by the agency budget.
• Attend staff meetings to discuss accounts and progress toward growth goals.
• Coordinate in-services with community groups to educate on hospice services when needed.
• Manage CRM, expense reports, timesheets, and other sales admin tasks.
