Daikin Comfort is seeking a Remote Homeowner Support Representative to mediate between customers and the manufacturer, delivering empathetic and resourceful service. The role includes helping with product registration and coordinating on-site visits with HVAC dealers or contractors.

You will respond via phone, email and chat, provide dealer information, and support internal teams to resolve issues. Strong data entry, organization, and collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• 2-3 years experience in office environment & customer service.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service via phones, email, and online chat.
• Assist with coordinating with HVAC Dealers or contractors for site visits.
• Assist with complaints via social media, executives, and BBB.
• Perform data entry, review, process, file and maintain documents.
