Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to sell HVAC products and services to new and existing customers. The role involves face-to-face and remote interactions, answering questions, and aligning solutions with company policies and products.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive territory coverage and dealer relationships, while delivering timely shipments, processing orders, and assisting with warranties and returns. A 1–3 year sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver on sales by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches and services.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Execute all aspects of sales function including order processing, quotes, and delivery dates.
