Job summary

Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser Team) to support order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up from a remote location. The role emphasizes timely revenue realization and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will review ship-pending orders, coordinate documentation, and work with Sales to resolve issues impacting order release and billing, while maintaining confidentiality and strong business judgment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 5+ years in customer support or healthcare operations.
• Experience providing customer support in healthcare environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up for timely revenue realization.
• Review ship-pending orders for missing information and coordinate with internal/external customers.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues.
• Prioritize daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization to minimize billing delays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify process improvements.
