Solventum is remote for the United States and seeks an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser Team) to manage order release, billing setup, and documentation to ensure timely revenue realization. The role requires coordinating with internal and external partners and maintaining high levels of customer service while handling complex documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher and 5+ years in customer support or related operational role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP and business systems such as HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet or Genesis.
• Strong customer service skills with professional stakeholder interaction.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Managing order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up to support timely revenue realization.
• Reviewing ship-pending orders for missing information and coordinating with internal/external customers for required documentation.
• Partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues affecting order release and billing.
• Prioritizing daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization to minimize billing delays and revenue loss.
• Delivering excellent customer service while identifying process improvements and providing team backup support.
