Job summary

Solventum is hiring an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser Team) for a remote role in the United States, 1pm–10pm CST, with rotating Saturdays. The role focuses on order release, billing setup, and documentation to ensure timely revenue realization.

You will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize delays. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of healthcare or customer support experience, with strong MS Office and ERP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of customer support or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet, or Genesis is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up to support timely revenue realization.
• Review ship-pending orders for missing information and coordinate with internal and external customers to obtain required documentation for order release.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues impacting order release and billing processes.
• Prioritize daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization activities to minimize billing delays and revenue loss.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting the team.
