Job summary

Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist to join the Kaiser Team remotely in the United States. The role runs 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm CST and focuses on order release, billing setup, and documentation to ensure timely revenue realization.

You will review ship-pending orders, coordinate with internal and external customers, and partner with Sales to secure approvals. Strong problem-solving and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in customer support, call center or healthcare operations.
• Experience with administrative and documentation workflows.
• Ability to work confidentially and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up.
• Review ship-pending orders and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues.
• Prioritize daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization tasks to minimize delays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify process improvements.
