Job summary

Solventum is seeking an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser Team) to operate remotely in the United States. The role supports order release, billing, and documentation workflows, with a 1:00pm–10:00pm CST shift and weekend rotation on occasion.

You will collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve issues affecting revenue realization while maintaining high client service standards. A high school diploma and at least five years of relevant experience are required, along

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED completed and verified with five years of customer support/healthcare support or related operational experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with ERP and related business systems (HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet, Genesis).

Responsibilities

• Manage order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up to support timely revenue realization.
• Review ship-pending orders and coordinate with internal/external customers for required documentation.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve order release/billing issues.
• Prioritize daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization to minimize billing delays and revenue loss.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying process improvements and providing team backup.
