Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support homeowners with warranty and service requests through digital channels. You will respond quickly, communicate clearly with homeowners, field teams, and trade partners, and help resolve issues using remote assessment and virtual technology.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and prior customer service experience in a homebuilding context, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience required, preferably with a homebuilder.
• Able to analyze problems and produce solutions with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and promptly handle homeowner requests after reviewing documentation and case history.
• Guide homeowners through troubleshooting using remote tools and digital communication.
• Document findings and correspondence for thorough case records.
• Determine scope of warranty repairs and coordinate with trade partners for action.
• Ensure homeowner satisfaction through proactive support and adherence to warranty policies.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and expedited emergency repairs as needed.
