ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to drive long-acting HIV injectable treatment adoption within the US market. You will sell to healthcare professionals, service accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales, 3+ years in specialty, and ability to travel domestically. A BA/BS and driver's license are required.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel.
• Valid Driver's License.

Aufgaben

• Deliver results through pharmaceutical sales to HCPs in assigned US territory.
• Identify, target, and win new business by engaging with HCPs on HIV treatment approaches.
• Engage with nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical and financial challenges in target accounts.
• Leverage data analytics and market knowledge to identify priority prospects and opportunities.
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer to scale treatment delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated product experiences to customers.
• Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive communication with accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP needs and requests.
• Develop external relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in HIV care.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and the company's values in a launch environment.
