Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; willingness to travel domestically.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to travel as necessary.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience or related field preferred.
• Grade 8: 2+ years specialty sales; Grade 7: 5+ years with 3+ years specialty sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical and financial challenges in target accounts
• Leverage data analytics and market knowledge to identify high-priority prospects
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer to scale treatment models
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive communication
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems, needs and requests
• Deliver and adapt plans to meet performance goals using KPIs and problem solving
• Develop relationships with influential customers and thought leaders
• Ensure compliance and uphold values-based culture
• Be adaptable in a launch environment and learn from setbacks
• Escalate issues when needed; speak up when necessary
• Follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines
