Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Territory Account Manager in the United States to lead specialty HIV sales efforts. The role requires working with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of innovative HIV prevention and treatment approaches while managing accounts and delivering excellent customer service.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, market analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives within a launch-ready framework and a buy-and-bill treatment model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Results Through Exceptional Sales and Service
• Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges
• Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
• Prepare and execute business plans tailored to customer needs to help HCPs scale their treatment model
• Coordinate with Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers for an integrated product experience
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing HCP problems and requests
• Develop and foster external relationships with key customers and thought leaders
