Job summary

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
3+ years' specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver results through exceptional sales and service.
Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new HIV treatment approach.
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts.
Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer and scaled to reach more patients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated product experience to customers.
Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure a cohesive customer experience with ViiV.
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP problems and requests.
Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve goals using KPIs and problem solving.
Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders.
Adhere to compliance and values-based culture.
Be adaptable in a launch environment and escalate issues when needed.
