Job summary

Qualifications

• We require a BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically, potential overnight trips.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results through exceptional sales and service to HCPs.
• Identify and win new business by engaging HCPs in novel HIV treatments.
• Engage with HCPs, nurses, and staff to understand clinical and financial challenges.
• Use data analytics and market knowledge to target high-priority prospects.
• Prepare business plans tailored to customer needs and scale treatment models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Maintain a portfolio-based selling approach with clear internal communication.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address HCP issues proactively.
• Adapt execution plans to achieve KPIs and growth objectives.
