Job summary

Pearson Education Sales Representative role focused on selling digital, print, and service solutions to higher education institutions. Remote role with limited travel, base salary plus incentives, and growth within Pearson's sales organization.

The candidate will engage faculty, drive subscription-based materials adoption, and forecast performance using OneCRM. 2+ years of higher education sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Aim to connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales professionals to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop strategic territory and adoption plans and deliver tech sales presentations.
