Job summary

Pearson Education is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative. This remote role focuses on selling digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions, with travel limited to occasional campus visits.

You will build relationships, drive subscriptions, and forecast outcomes using OneCRM. Key responsibilities include engaging faculty, achieving targets, and collaborating with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education.
• Proficient with Office tools, mobile technologies, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and tracking in OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop territory and adoption strategies.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and student trainings.
• Collaborate with customer success and operations to ensure faculty satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Pearson products and industry trends.
