Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Project Detailer to perform detailed quantity takeoffs, material analysis, and project detailing for substation projects. Remote role with responsibilities spanning estimating, procurement, design support, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
• 3–7 years in electrical construction or high-voltage substations.
• Experience with EPC/utility project delivery and constructability reviews.
• Strong proficiency with the listed software tools and drawings.
• Ability to identify scope gaps and cost risks before award.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Develop BOM summaries and material quantity reports.
• Support estimates, procurement, and project planning with constructability reviews.
• Create material tracking, procurement packages, and project layouts.
• Assist with budget tracking, change orders, and turnover documentation.
