Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years in electrical construction or high-voltage substations.
• Experience with EPC/utility project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with the listed software/tools.
• Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and material management.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings and bid documents.
• Quantify major substation components (foundations, steel, grounding, bus, cables).
• Develop BOM summaries and material reports.
• Identify gaps and cost risks prior to award.
• Support labor estimates, durations, and procurement packages.
• Develop and review construction detail drawings and project layouts.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and document control.
• Assist with constructability reviews and field revisions.
• Support budget tracking and change orders.
• Prepare turnover and closeout documentation.
