Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Drafting, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in electrical construction and high-voltage substations.
• Experience with utility infrastructure and industrial electrical projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, and estimating software platforms.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Procore, Primavera P6, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to interpret one-line/three-line diagrams, site plans, structural drawings, and protection & control drawings.

Aufgaben

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and bid documents.
• Quantify substation components: foundations, structural steel, grounding, bus, conduits, cables, terminations.
• Develop BOM summaries and material quantity reports.
• Support constructability reviews during preconstruction and planning.
• Create material tracking documents and procurement packages.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and project document control.
• Assist procurement with long-lead equipment and material forecasting.
• Support project managers with budget tracking and quantity reconciliation.
