Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Drafting, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–7 years in electrical construction and high-voltage substations.
• Experience with EPC and utility project delivery methods is preferred.
• Strong quantity takeoff and material management skills.
• Proficiency with the listed software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs and bid documents.
• Develop BOM summaries and material reports for substation projects.
• Create construction detail drawings and project layouts.
• Coordinate with procurement to assemble procurement-ready material lists.
• Support budget tracking, change orders, and project turnover.
