SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction for electrical infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, renewable interconnections and BESS.

This fully remote role spans concept through construction handoff. This role oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, procurement strategy and risk assessment while coordinating with engineering, operations and client teams to ensure accurate estimates

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects >$10M preferred.
• Electrical codes and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for high-voltage projects 12kV–500kV+.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to turnover.
• Procurement and vendor management, bid analysis.
• Travel to project sites and interface with clients as required.
