Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, including substations and transmission lines. This fully remote role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and client coordination from concept through construction handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects ranging from 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from project inception through construction turnover.
