SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager to lead all preconstruction activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects, including substations and transmission lines, across the U.S. The role is fully remote, with location details discussed at interview.

You will manage planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment from concept through handoff. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in electrical construction and 3+ years leading preconstruction,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating or project management.
• 3+ years leading preconstruction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage projects (12kV to 500kV+).
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from inception to turnover.
