Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in electrical construction or project management.
• 3+ years leading preconstruction activities.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, solar, wind, or BESS most welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage projects ranging from 12kV to 500kV+ systems.
• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed cost estimates.
• Serve as the primary preconstruction point of contact for clients, utilities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and lead constructability reviews and value-engineering initiatives.
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor critical path activities.
• Support procurement strategy development and vendor/subcontractor evaluations.
