SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager. This fully remote role leads preconstruction for high-voltage electrical infrastructure, including substations, transmission lines, and renewable interconnections.

You will manage planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment to ensure successful project handoff from concept to construction. You'll coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement, oversee constructability reviews, and drive

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage or project management.
• Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $10M.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and contract documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage projects from concept through handoff.
